It has been explained to me (client), that these energetic techniques and channeling are complementary therapy not intended to replace any currently prescribed medical treatments as ordered by my physician nor any other medical care I have been advised to seek by them.
The client has been informed that Kathy Stubbs will neither diagnose nor prescribe for any condition that I might have nor does Kathy Stubbs make specific claims regarding results from the sessions that I receive.
The client has been informed that he/she is responsible for their own health, healing, and wellbeing. The client has been informed they have the ability to heal themselves.
The client has been informed that Kathy Stubbs, will not accept responsibility for my decisions. I am responsible for my own decisions regarding my health, nutrition, wellness, and any interventions I decide to try.
The client has been informed that Kathy Stubbs is not a trained mental health professional and is not providing mental health services. I understand that if I am experiencing mental health issues, I will consult a mental health professional.
The client has been informed that Kathy is not licensed to practice medicine in any state.
All healings are undertaken at the client’s own risk. Kathy Stubbs shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries or damages to person, or communication equipment arising out of, or connected with services by Kathy Stubbs.
The client will submit an Intake Form prior to the session. It is beneficial to Kathy Stubbs if this form is completed prior to the session so more time can be allowed for the actual treatment. The client will always have free will to express concerns during the treatment or channeling. It is important for an openness to exist to allow whatever presents itself during the session. Some common experiences that other clients have mentioned are: visuals of images, colors, places, and memories, as well as, body sensations such as tingling or energy movement, and emotional outburst.
- Each treatment session is 60, or 90 minutes. Pricing is listed on the website by time increments. Client will decide time increment upon scheduling the session online. Each increment has a specific charge. All payments are required prior to service, by credit card, PayPal, or check.

Kathy Stubbs and the client will agree upon how the session may be conducted either by phone or online.
Internet session reminders will be emailed to the client within 24 hours of their scheduled appoint time with a Zoom link/phone number for their session. If you have not received your email with this information 12 hours before your scheduled session please email Kathy Stubbs at kathy@jeremeil.com.
The client is to connect via the provided link or phone number at the scheduled time. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have connectivity for the session. If you are unable to resolve connectivity issues (internet or phone call) before your session, and are unable to participate in the session, it is up to Kathy Stubbs to determine if the session should be rescheduled.
Upon request, a recording will be offered for the channeling session. Unfortunately, occasional technical difficulties may prevent the completion of a recording. When you purchase a channeling session, you are purchasing a live session. Since the client participates in the live session, no refund will be issued.
If the client becomes inappropriate or becomes threatening during the session, Kathy Stubbs has the right to terminate the session.
The client has been informed that Kathy Stubbs will accept and honor an appointment cancellation request any time prior to 24 hours before my scheduled appointment. Kathy Stubbs will consider honoring a request within 24 hours in an emergency.
